Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us before sending the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs
